Trash and Recycling
Posted on Feb 8th, 2023
Please remember to put trash in bags and place them in the trash bins.  This keeps the wind and/or critters from spreading the trash in the community.

Recycling is to be put in the bin loose - no bags.  The bags get caught in the machinery and recycling in bags may be left at the curb.

If you have any questions on what is recycled and how to prepare items for recycling, please use the link below.

Dryer Vents and Ducts
Posted on May 12th, 2022
The Marshall Township Building Inspector, Jason Smith from PCS, is in contact with Heartland Homes regarding concerns about dryer vents and ducts. He is coordinating a meeting date and time with the Board.

From Heartland Homes -

I wanted to let you know that we are committed to inspecting every home in the community to make sure that the proper roof vent cover is installed for the dryer vent. We will also be inspecting the booster fans that were installed as well to make sure that they are plugged in and activated. Our warranty department will be creating a warranty ticket for each resident and reaching out to them to schedule this inspection. Should any of your residents have a question or concern they can open a warranty ticket at https://www.myheartlandluxuryhome.com/

This will enable us to track their concern and respond to them in a timely manner.
